12/04/09 - PM Update

Aiden weighed in at 1665 grams, or 3 lbs 10.7 oz. Lovin it!

Walked in tonight and he was very alert. Eyes open, looking around for a hot nurse I think. Seemed well rested and looked sooooo good. Best energy and alertness we've seen to date. Exciting!!!

He's back on caffiene to keep his heart rate strong. Hasn't had any dips today since they put caffiene back on the diet.

His crib is a plastic tub on a pedestal. Call it a crib if you want, but a box would do just as well.

Not sure about his intake today but should be around 15ml's if they haven't cut it back. Haven't talked to the nurse yet about his feedings.

Aiden would say hi to y'all if he could. But instead, he just toots (farts) to let us know he's thinking of us all. He definitely likes to share. P...U!!!

Nurse did say he had a great day. It shows. Almost looks well enough to take home.

Most encouraging visit we've had yet based on Aiden's appearance. Can't wait to take him home!!

Keep the prayers coming and remember all the people out their who need your prayers as well.

I asked a nurse about Baby Roland last night and she wasn't familiar with him. Asked her to express our concern to the family if she happened to run across them.

Keeping this short so I can enjoy more time with Aiden tonight.
